How do I block someone, and what happens?

Open their profile, tap •••, then tap Block and confirm.

• They can't see your profile, and you won't see theirs.
• Any match or conversation between you is removed.
• Neither of you can match with the other or send the other a Direct Connect.

You can block someone without reporting them. You can't unblock someone in the app.
