My account says it's under review. What does that mean?

If your account has been flagged, you'll see "Account under review." Your matches and messages are paused until the review is finished.

If you think it's a mistake, email help@foundsocialclub.com from the email address on your account. Someone who wasn't involved in the original decision will review your appeal.
